Investing in Emirati talent

Investing in Emirati talent

Emirates Investment Bank is proud of its deep Emirati roots. UAE nationals have always been an integral part of the Bank’s journey and are represented across the various levels and functions of the Bank.

We are committed to developing our growing team of Emirati talent through professional training programmes that aim to further enhance their financial knowledge and help them with career progression.

We are also committed to attract Emiratis to the financial sector and to us through our ongoing employment drives and collaborations with the designated government departments. We are proud to be supporting Tawteen, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s initiative that aims to enhance the participation of Emirati talent in the private sector.

Investing in community support

Investing in community support

Through our community support drive, we aim to facilitate a proactive participation of our people in the various awareness and charity campaigns that contribute to the well-being of our community.

Our ongoing work with government initiatives and NGOs is well aligned with what we do and what we believe in.

Investing in Arab art

Investing in Arab art

We, at Emirates Investment Bank, hold a strong belief in the value and power of art in the Arab world. For that, we are proud of the inspiring art collection we created to showcase contemporary Arab art and preserve it for future generations. Through this collection, we wanted to support Arab artists and at the same time signal the importance of diversification to investing discipline as art represents an investible alternative asset class that is often underrepresented.

We carefully selected each piece of art with the same diligence with which we tailor services for our clients. Our exclusive collection combines a wide range of forms and styles from young and established artists from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia and Algeria. We are particularly proud, as an Emirati bank, to have works of four highly-respected Emirati artists, Abdul Qadar Al Rais, Hassan Sharif, Mohamed Kazem and Ebtisam Abdul Aziz, representing three generations of art in the UAE
